About Me
Danielle Herrman is a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Joseph’s University. She has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups, crisis intervention, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and mobile crisis services.
Danielle specializes in working with individuals facing PTSD and trauma, substance use and addiction, OCD and anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, and family challenges. She is particularly passionate about adolescent and young adult mental health, as well as adult and geriatric care. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions, Danielle helps clients build resilience, develop emotional regulation skills, and find healing.
